You'll leave with something more useful: a felt sense of how change actually works in your body.
In this workshop you'll:
Settle your nervous system before we do anything else (sound-based...& yes, it actually works)
Identify 3 lifestyle patterns you're ready to shift- not just name them, but feel into why they're stuck
Connect those patterns to the emotional state you actually want, not just the outcome you're chasing
Learn why your body resists change even when you want it- and how to work with that instead of against it
Practice noticing your body's responses in real time, so autopilot stops running quietly in the background
Experience "collapsing time"- meeting your desired state now, not when you've finally earned it

I'm Melissa — a Root Cause Health & Integrative Wellness Coach with over 24 years in the wellness space. And on my own healing journey, obviously. (We're all in it.)
